Paul Walters runs the London Marathon |
Report from Monday 22nd May 2000
My final message to you.
I don't quite have all of the funds in yet, but the total amount collected will be over £2,100, which I will send to the NSF shortly. I suffered from stiffness for about four or five days after the marathon, but I am now left with injuries. I may have to stop running for a time to let things heal. I have received the photographs taken by the official photographers on the day, and they appear below, reproduced by courtesy of Action Photo. I hope that you enjoy them. Seeing as this is my final message to you, I wish to thank you for your support and your sponsorship. It really means a lot to me and to the NSF. If ever you want to contact me in future for any reason, please do, and I'll send you a friendly reply. You can always look me up on www.waltersfamily.org. Best wishes,
The "Where's Wally" challenge.
I'm in there somewhere at the eight mile mark -
honest! See if you can spot me.
